Follow along with Te Aonehe, age 7, and learn how to trace and cut paper silhouettes.<br /><br />Materials:<br /><br />• 1 piece of black paper<br />• 1 piece of white paper<br />• object to trace<br />• pencil<br />• scissors<br />• tape or glue<br /><br />Instructions:<br /><br />1. Place your object on a piece of black (or dark-colored) paper. Construction paper works well.<br />2. Use a pencil to trace the object's outline onto the dark paper.<br />3. Cut out your tracing or outline, which is now a silhouette.<br />4. Use tape or glue to mount your silhouette on a piece of white paper.
